Check Your Gift Card Balance
You can check the balance of your gift card by visiting www.getmybalance.com, calling1.800.635.0506 or visiting the Concierge Desk in-centre.
What Stores Accept Willowbrook Gift Cards
Gift cards are accepted at the majority of Willowbrook’s 140 merchants. Please note however, thatthe following retailers currently do not accept Willowbrook gift cards: Bell, Fraser ValleyOrthodontics, Freedom Mobile, Koodo, Little Mountain, T&T Supermarket, Virgin Mobile, WillowDental, Willowbrook Dental Clinic, Willowbrook Drycleaning & Alterations, Willowbrook LottoCentres and Wireless Wave. Gift Card acceptance is subject to change without notice.
Lost Gift Cards
Don’t fear! You can replace your gift card by going to our Concierge. All we need is your original giftcard purchase receipt. The fee for replacing your lost or stolen card is $5.
Paying for Gift Cards
Gift cards can be purchased with cash, interac, visa and master card. Willowbrook gift cards do NOTexpire and have no activation fees. Willowbrook Shopping Centre is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
Gift Card Refund Policy
Willowbrook gift cards are not redeemable for cash. As well, they cannot be used to pay on a creditaccount, for “card not present” preauthorized transactions or, for tips. They are also non-refundable. In the case of returning retailer purchases, refunds are subject to the individualretailer’s return policy.

Willowbrook Gift Cards are issued by Peoples Trust Company. Funds are not insured by the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation (CDIC). Card funds do not expire, non-reloadable and no cash access.
Programs
Walking Club
The Willowbrook Walking Club is an initiative of Willowbrook Shopping Centre. Members of the Walking Club meet every morning and walk the Centre.
As well as the benefits of exercise, members enjoy monthly breakfasts held in the Centre’s Food Court. Year-round, the Centre is a secure, dry and warm environment for members to walk and socialize. Join our 50+ members for fun!
