Good (For You) Morning

As much as I love shopping for shoes (I dooooooo!) and clothes (fill ‘er up, baby and I do mean, my closet!), my absolute favourite thing to shop for is… vitamins… and superfoods… and nutritional powders… and healing elixirs… and natural beauty products and… well, you get the drift). LOL.

Yes, I am a health nut who loves nothing more than cruising the aisles of a health food store. Thank goodness then for Nutrition House, a one-stop to satisfy all my health and wellness needs. I could go on all day about this topic but for today, I’ll focus my passion on my smoothie must-haves.

In addition to fresh or frozen fruit and things like chia, flax and hemp as well as alternative milks like almond or coconut, I recommend keeping the following items on-hand. If you can set aside all of these things in one designated location, it will make early morning smoothie-making much… smoother!

Ultimate Maca Energy

Maca is reported to be a lot of things (an aphrodisiac, fertility enhancement, energy booster, hormone balancer, etc.) but I throw it in because it helps to relieve stress! (Hellooooo!)

Botanica Holy Basil

This one supports a healthy response to stress while nourishing the mind and elevating the spirit. I alternate between this and maca because well, see above… super duper stressed.

Bulletproof Brain Octane Oil
