Meet a 2010 torch bearer, enjoy crafts, curling activities and more! Join us at centre court from 11am to 3pm. |

Hearts in Motion Walking Club |

Members of the Willowbrook Hearts in Motion Walking Club meet every morning and walk the Centre. As well as the benefits of exercise, members enjoy monthly breakfasts held at the Centre's food court. Year round, the Centre is a secure, dry and warm environment for members to walk and socialize.

Shop n' Stroll |
| Tuesday and Friday mornings at 9:30 am |
Introduced at Willowbrook Shopping Centre for the enjoyment of its loyal customers, the Shop n' Stroll program has now expanded to two classes per week. Moms, dads and their babies now meet every Tuesday and Friday mornings at 9:30 am at the Sport Chek entrance. The Shop n' Stroll fitness routine consists of a 45 minute exercise class of power walking, strength, toning, and flexibility training lead by a certified fitness specialist from Runners & Booties Fitness. The last 15 minutes is devoted to socializing for moms, dads and babies. Participation is by donation of baby items such as baby food or formula for Basics for Babies. The charity was created in 1994 by 93.7 JRfm, and its sister station 600AM, out of a specific need for baby food, formula and diapers by local food banks.
